Strategy:

It is important to have consistent messaging across all channels, including organic search. Having a timely message that reassures potential guests could be the difference between them clicking into your website or your competitor’s. This is also a good time to be developing content to target drive market guests, including ideas for local activities that allow for social distancing and time outdoors.

Action Items:

  • Audit and remove any messages that are inappropriate during COVID-19 (ex. breakfast buffet, bottomless cookie jar)
  • Craft a blog post focused on local activities for guests traveling this summer and fall (see our recent Content Creation Workshop.)
